Explore the iconic Chichen Itza, swim in a breathtaking cenote, and savor authentic Mayan cuisine in Valladolid.
-Mysteriously ruins, turquoise blue cenote and mayan gastronomy-
Begin your adventure early in the morning at one of the seven world wonders. A world heritage and the landmark of Yucatán. An important mayan site where we’ll
learn about an ancient civilization and its imposing buildings like the temple of
KUKULKAN used by the maya as a calendar.
After Chichen Itza, we cool down enjoying the peacefulness and crystal waters of an impressive cenote full of birds and tree roots. A cooperative created by a group of women from a rural community in 2005.
Traditional lunch takes place at the home of a welcoming local family where we experience the present culture and gastronomy. We even try hand-made tortillas.
Our last stop, Valladolid PUEBLO MAGICO a bustling city with a special colonial flavor, architectural beauty, churches and more. Free time to take pictures.
