TULUM & COBÁ

Enter the Tulum ruins through one the five door ways to start your day at the only mayan city built along the East coast of the Yucatán peninsula. The archaeological site is located on the beaches of the caribbean, great view of majestic stone temples feeling the cool breeze coming from the sea. Arriving early in the morning you will experience the roots of an ancient ceremonial center avoiding crowds for a more private and unique adventure.

After that, your guide will drive you to one of the three different cenotes in Coba, great time cooling off into the crystal waters of the underworld better known as “Xibalba’s world”. Traditional lunch will take place visiting a mayan family where you will also learn about their daily life and culture.

We always save the best for the last, Coba is one the most important archaeological sites in the yuctan peninsula with various settlements in one place. Here you will have the chance to climb the 120 steps of the nojoch muul temple, main structure of 42 meters high with remarkable views of the jungle canopy and its lakes Macanxoc and Coba. One of the most impressive features of this ceremonial center is the large number of stelaes which contain calender dates permitting us to know the date of its foundation.
