Learn how to cook with a local Mayan family!
Join a cooking class accompanied by one of our native guides from the reserve who will introduce you to a very authentic family that is still living in the heart of the jungle. From the farm to the table you’ll prepare a delicious meal using only organic ingredients. Ancient recipes and techniques will make of these experience a journey into our Mayan cuisine. While food is cooking you’ll also learn about a botanical garden, a mini cornfield, native bees and Mayan traditions.
